Globe's New Customer Hotline

I did not know that Globe has a new customer hotline. Would you believe that you can already talk to their customer representatives through text chatting? While calling their 211 hotline, a prompt message informed me that I can use their TALK2GLOBE Chat by sending HELP to 1234. It is totally FREE, by the way. : ) To check if it is really working, I texted it and here was the message I received from them:

The good thing about this service is you do not need a pen and paper to write down your reference ID, keywords and some contact numbers. They will automatically send it to you. Moreover, it would save your battery pack from calling their hotline if you are in low battery mode. However, you have to send lots of characters especially for postpaid subscribers such as mine because they need to verify my account. Ooops! :^) I do not know if this will work if you have a zero balance. Kindly comment here if you already tried. :) Overall, this is a great service! Kudos to Globe for enhancing their hotline.

If you are not aware yet, you can also TALK2GLOBE via 730-1000 (via Globe Landline), 211 ( via Globe/TM mobile ), 2329 ( via Globe mobile and can be accessed by prepaid subscribers with zero balance) and e-mail account (talk@globetel.com.ph). TALK2GLOBE can also be reached at their official Facebook and Twitter accounts.
